Do you custom make, say I want this dress in that material?
At this stage yes we do! Just send us an email punkbaby@xtra.co.nz to discuss your idea, and if possible, we can make it happen!
The only thing we can’t change is the general tee shirt/all in one printed range – these are bought in and pre-printed at the beginning of the season.

Do you do larger sizes?
We generally make in sizes Newborn to 5 years, some things can be made in larger sizes, please contact punkbaby@xtra.co.nz with any queries.

How can I pay for my order?
If you are in New Zealand you can pay for your order via bank deposit. If you are overseas you can pay via paypal.

Do you accept credit card for payments?
You can check out of paypal as a guest using your credit card, you don’t need to have a paypal account to use this function.

Do you accept Layby payments?
Yes we do accept Layby. A 20% deposit is required and following this weekly or fortnightly payments. If for any reason you cancel your layby, or we cancel your layby due to non-payment, then the 20% deposit is retained by us to cover loss of value on the items that were held aside or specially made for you.

How much is shipping in NZ?
Standard shipping in NZ is $6 – this is for non signature required Courier Post.

Do you post overseas?
We sure do, once a week! There is a flat rate to Australia for $10, and anywhere else $14.95. Delivery time is 3-10 working days.

Do you sell wholesale to shops?
Yes we do sell to retail stores or online boutiques – if you are interested in finding out more, please email Katie at punkbaby@xtra.co.nz

Can I see Punk Baby in a store near me?
We are in New Zealand and at this stage Punk Baby is sold mainly online via our Facebook page www.facebook.com/punkbabynz and our online shop here at punkbaby.co.nz.
