Punk Baby Clothing grew from my own frustrations of not being able to find anything original and punky for my baby boys. Combined with the fact that there is not much on offer out there for the boys! So I started to make my own clothes and was frequently asked where they could be bought, and so Punk Baby was born!

My name is Katie, I hide in the pantry to eat chocolate so my kids can’t find me! And I am mum to Jeremiah ‘Jem’ – who thinks that “dessert” is called “Berserk” and I don’t have the heart to correct him because BERSERK sounds so much more awesome and exciting! -  and Knox who really likes to wear his all in one pyjamas into town with mis-matching gumboots and a superhero cape! We live in sunny Nelson with the husband/dad Nigel – who teaches the boys all the true Dad stuff, like pull my finger, and our lovable big bear Yogi (no he’s not actually a bear, hes a dog, but he has big paws and likes honey).

I design all the Punk Baby Clothing and prints, and draft alot of the patterns myself, Punk Baby strives to be original, and each piece is only made in numbers of 1-10, so not saturating the market with the same old, same old! I stock sizes from Newborn to 5 years, and can custom make in larger sizes if possible.
